WE’RE BRINGING A TASTE OF LADBROKE GROVE TO FLINTSHIRE!

Ladbroke Grove is one of the most culturally rich musical enclaves in London; it's the birthplace of The Clash, home of the iconic Westway, of film producer, DJ and musician Don Letts, filled with stories of the famous Empire Windrush passenger ship that came over from Grenada, and -of course- home to the world famous Notting Hill Carnival and Portobello Road. Festival co-founders Cerys and Steve live in the area, and it's the home of our sister business, Pedlars, so we are fiercely proud of this corner of North Kensington, and excited to bring the sounds and vibes of Ladbroke Grove to Flintshire at The Good Life Experience this year. Make a beeline for the neon sign of Kansas Smitty's where we'll be putting on our own kind of carnival with Loretta Heywood + Five Shades of Music and DJ Alex Pink -both among the most recognised artists in the area- and catch King of the Notting Hill Carnival Norman Jay MBE himself on our main stage.

Tune into Cerys' BBC 6 Music show tomorrow, when she will be celebrating all that is Ladbroke Grove.
