If you're making a fire this weekend, and it's not going to be enormous, Charlie and Caroline's S'mores recipe might come in handy.
'There are a hundred different ways of making this all-time American classic. This is our way. Why s'mores? You'll see...
For each s'more you will need:
2 Digestive biscuits
An 8-square block of Green + Blacks milk chocolate
Toast the marshmallows over the fire until they are slightly charred and gooey inside. Put one marshmallow onto a digestive, squash it down with the block of chocolate, put the other marshmallow on top and carefully squash on the second digestive. The hot marshmallow will melt the chocolate... what s'more can we say?'
