The team behind The Simple Things magazine will host a Friday night picnic at this year's Good Life Experience!
Hosted from our beautiful platform, the meal will be full of creative conversation with good food to match thanks to Hawarden Estate Head Chef Adam Stanley.
Expect salad boxes of cobnut, nasturtiums leaves and flowers, heirloom tomatoes & crudités (sourced from a local farm). Rye & soda breads from The Wirral. Wraps of Estate-reared charred lamb, freekah, leaves & chopped herbs, and Roasted Hawarden Estate squashes, freekah, leaves & chopped herbs. Dessert will be Hawarden Estate farm fruit crumble with rich double cream. To drink you'll have fizz, water & homemade lemonade.
Upon arrival guests will be invited to sit with their fellow festival goers in small groups in order to promote discussion and share new ideas.
