We're excited to announce that our Sunday breakfast Feast chefs will be GBBO finalist and food writer James Morton and his father -and co-author of the forthcoming book Shetland: Cooking on the Edge of the World- Tom Morton.
James Morton’s love of baking and jumpers led to his reaching the final of BBC’s Great British Bake Off in 2012. He works as a doctor in Glasgow, owns a brewery in the city, and has won several awards including the Guild of Food Writers Cookbook of the Year award in 2014 for Brilliant Bread. Shetland is his fourth book.
Tom Morton is a writer, journalist and broadcaster who lives in Shetland. He hosted his own show on BBC Radio Scotland for twenty years, has written for many national publications and authored several books, including Shetland: Tales from the Last Bookshop. Shetland is his first book about food.
