YOUR WEEKEND YOGA TIMETABLE

The Zest Life is a local yoga and wellness retreat company who will be providing a yoga space at TGLE for the 6th year running. It is a calm quiet space where the whole family can come to unwind, destress and have a good stretch.

All styles of yoga, for all ages abilities will be offered. There are a host of inspired teachers coming from across the country to share their wisdom with you all. Sessions take place on the hour, every hour through Saturday and Sunday. Mats will be provided so you can just turn up and take part.

Remember, there is limited space so please turn up a few minutes before to avoid disappointment.
