SHELTER CYMRU is the main charity that we have chosen to support, in part because Cerys is their Vice President, but mostly because it is an excellent charity that we are delighted to be able to support.
Médecins Sans Frontières provides assistance to populations in distress, to victims of natural or man-made disasters and to victims of armed conflict. They do so irrespective of gender, race, religion, creed or political convictions. MSF was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1999. The judges chose MSF “in recognition of the organisation’s pioneering humanitarian work on several continents” and to honour its medical staff, who have worked in more than 80 countries and treated tens of millions of people. We are delighted to be working with Médecins Sans Frontières at The Good Life Experience this year as one of our chosen charities. Seek out the MSF field hospital at The Good Life Experience to find out more about the charity's vital work.
Charities we have previously worked with are: Shelter Wales, Friends of the Earth, Victim Support North Wales, The Isabelle Lottie Foundation, The Scouts, The Women's Institute, St John's Ambulance, Head Injured People in Cheshire.
