The Good Life Experience Films

The Keepers

The Keepers is a series of films made by The Good Life Experience telling the story of the festival through the people involved. These are the keepers of the traditions, of the craft and the skills, of The Good Life.
Paul Lloyd, Helen Gittins, Jo Williams and Carla Pownall are Four Potters. With diverse interests and backgrounds, they have one thing in common; a passion for ceramics. All four are coming together to offer raku workshops throughout The Good Life Experience and give everyone a chance to explore their creative side in producing something handmade and unique.
Alex Pole has a lifelong passion for metal work and has been working as a blacksmith for 25 years. Alex will team up with knife maker Ed Hunt at The Good Life Experience for axe and knife making demonstrations and workshops as Pole and Hunt. There will be a great deal of fire, hot steel and sparks flying at the fully functioning forge set-up.
Cook and author Anja Dunk grew up in the Welsh countryside where homegrown produce and wild foraging were part of daily life.
The latest in our Keepers series of films features festival co-founders Charlie and Caroline Gladstone, reminding us that at the root of The Good Life Experience is FUN!
